H & B Construction, Inc., founded in 1986, is a Nevada, California and Arizona Contractor specializing in concrete tilt-up & site construction . The owner, Dan Howell, has been in the construction business for approximately 34 years. During this time he has completed over 25 million square feet of building in California,  Nevada and Arizona.
